The Utility Assistance Program helps Spanish Fork residents who are facing challenges paying their utility bills. This program is all about neighbors helping neighbors! Every penny that you donate is used exclusively for Spanish Fork residents - helping local families keep the lights on.

How You Can Help

You can easily contribute to the Utility Assistance Program through your monthly utility bill or a one-time donation. Visit our Utility Assistance Donation form to donate.

For Residents Seeking Assistance

If you’re experiencing temporary financial hardship, help is available through our Utility Assistance Program. It provides short-term payment assistance and is administered by Community Action Services and Food Bank.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a Spanish Fork City resident.
  • Must have a gross household income under 150% of the federal poverty guidelines, have experienced a life-changing event, or a significant reduction in income.

Program Details:

  • Assistance is limited to $300.
  • Households may receive assistance once a year.
  • Payments are made directly to Spanish Fork City to help cover your utility bill.
