Fire records can be obtained on this online form for fire records. These records cost $25 each. If you are asking about a specific property address to see whether it has had any leaks or spills, hazardous materials storage or responses, outstanding fire code violations, or other environmental or fire code concerns, please email ljames@spanishfork.gov with the address before submitting a records request. You will be notified if any records exist and whether a formal records request is required.
