Welcome explorers, to Site-B: The Moab Dig!
You are standing on the edge of our dig site at the Dalton Wells Quarry, a place where the lines between ancient history and modern science have blurred. Can you find the legendary Codex Of The Cretaceous before time runs out... or before you're found by the "Creature of the Canyons"?

Claim a time slot here.

Participants get a free exclusive 3D printed mystery mini!

*Disclaimer, this event is recommended for ages 12 and up, but we can accommodate explorers as young as 8 with parental supervision. This is due to the nature of the reference material, and the potential for some scary thematic elements in the room (IE: flashing lights, alarm sounds, dinosaur sounds, skeletons, etc).

Fellowship
The Fellowship of the Book
March 25, 2026 to September 22, 2026

This is a call to adventure for brave souls from our own Middle Earth communities in the shadow of our own Misty Mountains to join a Fellowship of the Book. We will have copies of Tolkien's book The Return of the King that will each take a journey from one member of the fellowship to the next until all 9 members of each fellowship have completed the adventure. Each member will receive a designated color to annotate and tab the book as they read and will keep the book for about 20 days before passing it to the next in line. The books will complete their journey at our Hobbit Day Tea Party on Tuesday, September 22nd, when the full fellowship will gather to celebrate the journey's end for their book and peak at the contributions of their fellow adventurers! This is your ONE AND ONLY opportunity to write in a book you get from our library!!
Each Fellowship consists of 9 readers. Visit the Fellowship of the Book Website for more information.
