The Youth Arts Festival is a two-week art camp for children and teenagers up to 17 years old. This high-energy, creativity-packed festival is designed to engage, inspire, and enrich youth through music, dance, art, literature, drama, digital arts, and so much more! Each day is filled with hands-on learning, imagination, and fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This unique program offers a wide variety of classes and is held weekdays for a full two weeks. Classes run Monday through Friday, June 1 - June 12, 2026. The festival is open to those in the community and surrounding areas. There is no additional fee for non-residents, however non-resident registration is delayed by one day as residents receive priority registration.

  • Registration is online at reconline.spanishfork.org. Registration opens for residents on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 and non-residents on Thursday, May 7, 2026. It is recommended that you confirm your online account status, household members, and passwords prior to registration opening. This will ensure quick and easy registration. Registration ends on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. or when classes are full. 
  • Classes start at $45, see class list for specific prices.
  • All classes run for the full two weeks.
  • One class per hour per student. There will be no refunds if you sign up for multiple classes during the same hour.
  • Class sizes are limited and fill up quickly.
  • Classes held at Maple Mountain High School located at 51 N Spanish Fork Parkway.
  • Meals and snacks are not provided. Please send your child with snacks, a water bottle, and lunch if needed.
  • Food Allergy Notice: Please be aware that classes with food items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
  • Parents are not allowed in the classrooms unless specified in class description.
  • One T-shirt per participant, even if registered for more than one class.
  • Classes fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. Students in a canceled class will have the opportunity to sign up for another class or receive a full refund with no processing fee.

Festival Guidelines

  • Youth Arts Festival Committee Members will be inside the main entrance to answer questions and help direct participants.
  • Classes begin on the hour and dismiss five minutes before the hour.
  • Participants are expected to remain in the classroom for the full class period and should not roam the halls.
  • Participants must either be in class or under adult supervision if they have a break of one or more hours between classes.
  • Parents are not allowed in classrooms unless specifically stated in the class description.
  • Only students registered in the class may be present in the classroom.
  • Children under six years old must be picked up from the classroom by an adult or sibling age twelve or older, even if escorting them to another class.
  • Parents should have a predetermined pick-up location to ensure student safety.
  • Participants are expected to follow instructions from all Arts Festival staff and volunteers.
  • As part of their registration, participants agree to adhere to the “Participant Code of Conduct.”

Want to be a teacher?

The Spanish Fork Youth Arts Festival is now recruiting teachers for its summer program. Teachers develop a class idea, create a budget, plan daily projects, and purchase supplies while following the city's purchasing policy. Teachers are paid a stipend starting at $200 per class. If you are interested, please email us at youthartsfestival@spanishfork.gov or complete our online teacher interest form. The deadline to apply is January 31.

Want to be an assistant?

The Spanish Fork Youth Arts Festival is looking for energetic assistants for this year's summer program! This is a fantastic way to get involved, earn community service hours or work experience, and help young artists create. Applicants must be 14 years or older and available every day, Monday through Friday during the festival. Shift times will fall between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, though you will not work the full six hours each day. This is a paid position starting at $100 per class for the two-week session.
