Make the Most of this Year’s Fiesta Days with the 2026 Fiesta Days Bingo Card
Spanish Fork City is excited to present a new and inventive way to make the most of Fiesta Days! By combining elements of bingo games and scavenger hunts, we have created a fun-filled Spanish Fork Fiesta Days themed bingo card featuring elements of America’s 250 celebration. Attend events, complete tasks, and participate in Fiesta Days activities in a unique and rewarding way this year.
In your Fiesta Days magazine there is a bingo card containing squares to complete. Complete a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line of bingo squares for a chance to win a prize. You can also download your bingo card or pick up a copy from the Parks and Recreation office or the Library.
Submission Form
Rules:
- You must take and submit a picture of each bingo square item you have decided to complete with yourself or your team.
- Only one bingo card submission is allowed per person; please complete as many bingos as desired prior to submitting.
- You may participate as a group or individually, but not both.
- Bingo cards must have at least one full line (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) to qualify for the drawing.
- Submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026.

Do I need to submit photos of the bingo squares completed?
Yes, you need to submit photos that correlate with the bingo squares completed.
Do the photos need to be from 2026?
Yes, we want participants to explore the exciting lineup of 2026 Fiesta Days events.
How will the photos submitted be used?
Please be aware that submitted photos may be used for future Fiesta Days promotions. Make sure you stage your photos how you would like to be represented.
How do I submit my photos and bingo card information after I have completed it?
Click on the Submission form link on this page and follow the submission form instructions.
When should I submit my bingo card?
Submit your bingo card when you have finished all the squares you would like to complete and prior to the July 27 deadline.
The submission form isn’t letting me submit my photos. What should I check on the form?
Files types supported for upload include JPG, JPEG, and PNG. Make sure your photos are the correct file type. The submit button will become available once pictures have fully uploaded. Uploading photos may take several minutes.
Can I win more than one bingo category?
No, you must select which number of bingos you will be entering your submission for.
Do I have to submit my bingo card or can I just play for fun?
You do not need to submit your bingo card or pictures if you are not interested in being entered to win a prize. Play for prizes or play for fun.
How will the winner be determined?
Winners will be randomly selected and their bingo selections and pictures will be verified.
