FAQs

Bills typically arrive around the 8th of each month and are due on the 25th.

Bills are often highest in the summer because of increased electricity, culinary water, and pressurized irrigation use. Winter electric space heaters can also significantly increase power use.

Some utility charges are base fees that cover the cost of making services available, even when there is little or no usage.

The Equal Pay program is no longer available to new customers. Existing participants may remain enrolled as long as they continue to meet program requirements.

The storm drain fee funds infrastructure that helps protect streets, homes, and businesses from flooding. All properties help pay for the system because everyone benefits from stormwater management.

Sewer charges are calculated in April based on winter drinking water usage.

Final bills are generally mailed within three weeks after service ends. If you use ACH Autopay, your final payment will also be automatically withdrawn.
