Spanish Fork Police Investigating Stabbing at Maple Mountain High School Dance:
Spanish Fork, UT — On September 20, 2025 at 9:21 PM Spanish Fork Police Officers were dispatched to Maple Mountain High School on a report of a stabbing. It was reported that during the school's Homecoming Dance an altercation took place in a parking lot East of the school between several juveniles. Officers arrived along with Spanish Fork FIre & EMS to find a 17 year old male who had been stabbed in the leg by another juvenile. The victim was treated by EMS and transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene and was located shortly after by officers and taken into custody. The suspect is a 16 year old juvenile and is being booked into Slate Canyon Detention Center for Aggravated Assault. This case is still under investigation.
