Spanish Fork Police Investigating Multi Vehicle Accident Highway 6 /Spanish Fork Parkway:
Spanish Fork, UT — On October 26, 2025 Spanish Fork Police along with EMS and Fire were dispatched to a multi vehicle accident at Highway 6 & Spanish Fork Parkway. A truck pulling a horse trailer was Westbound on Highway 6 and collided with several vehicles that were stopped at a red light at Spanish Fork Parkway. Two people were transported to a local hospital in serious condition. One of those transported, an 85 year old female, later passed away. There were others with minor injuries that were not transported. The truck pulling the horse trailer was hauling 4 horses and one horse sustained a broken leg. Highway 6 will be closed for the next couple of hours from Canyon Rd. to Spanish Fork Parkway and traffic is being diverted onto Canyon Road. This case is still under investigation.
