Food for Fines enables patrons to received credits to fines or fees on their account by donating needed items to the Library, which are then given to Tabitha's Way.
The following items are currently needed. Each item listed also includes the credit received for each donated item:
$4/each: 4 lb bag of sugar, 4-pack of toilet paper, cooking oil
$3/each: 5 lb bag of flour, 26 oz canister of salt, tomato products, canned meats
$2/each: Dry pasta, 6-pack of ramen, 1 lb bag of rice
$1/each: All other non-perishable food items.
Donated items must not be more than 2 years past their expiration date.
