Welcome to the Sports Park
At 90.5 acres, Spanish Fork Sports Park is the city’s largest park, offering space to compete, play and enjoy the outdoors. Baseball and softball diamonds, multipurpose fields, tennis and pickleball courts, and a playground provide opportunities for all ages. Picnic pavilions, open green space and access to the Spanish Fork River Trail make it a welcoming destination for family outings, community gatherings or a relaxing walk along the river.

Sports Fields and Scheduled Use
Spanish Fork Sports Park offers baseball and softball diamonds and multipurpose fields for recreation programs, practices, games and tournaments. Please respect scheduled activities and follow posted field closures so crews can maintain safe playing conditions and protect the turf.
For field availability, scheduling or rental requests, contact Parks and Recreation at 801-804-4600. Please confirm availability before organizing a practice or group activity.
- Stay off fields marked closed or undergoing maintenance.
- Leave bases, pitching equipment and field-maintenance equipment in place.
- Place litter in trash receptacles and help keep dugouts and spectator areas clean.
- Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to park staff.
Enjoy a game of pickleball or tennis at Sports Park. Please be considerate of other players and help keep the courts safe, clean and available for everyone.
- Wear footwear appropriate for court play.
- Keep bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades off the playing surface.
- Avoid dragging chairs, equipment or other items that could damage the courts.
- Keep gates and entrances clear.
- When others are waiting, take turns and follow the posted court-rotation guidelines.
- Respect scheduled programs, reservations and maintenance closures.
Sports Park’s picnic pavilions provide space for meals, celebrations and group gatherings. Before planning your event, check which pavilion meets your needs and review its reservation requirements.
Please help leave the pavilion ready for the next group:
- Remove decorations, tape and personal belongings.
- Wipe down tables and pick up litter around the pavilion.
- Place trash in designated receptacles.
- Use designated barbecue grills and keep hot coals out of trash containers.
- Avoid attaching decorations in ways that damage structures or trees.
- Keep sidewalks and accessible routes clear.
- Complete cleanup within your reserved time.
The Sports Park pump track includes beginner and intermediate tracks. Choose the track that matches your ability and ride within your skill level. This is an unsupervised facility; riders use the track at their own risk.
- Helmets are required.
- Children age 8 and younger must have adult supervision.
- Follow the designated riding direction.
- Yield to riders already on the track and maintain a safe following distance.
- Move off the riding surface before stopping.
- Motorized vehicles and electric riding devices are prohibited.
- Do not alter the track or place obstacles on it.
- Do not ride when the track is wet, muddy or closed.
Follow all posted signs and closures to help protect the riding surface and keep the track enjoyable for everyone.
Access to the Spanish Fork River Trail makes Sports Park a convenient starting point for a walk or a longer trail outing. Share the trail courteously and give other visitors room to pass.
Dogs are permitted on designated trails and must remain on a leash. Please keep dogs off athletic fields and other areas where pets are not permitted, pick up pet waste promptly and dispose of it in a trash receptacle. Service animals are welcome.
When cycling or using other permitted wheeled devices, travel at a considerate speed, announce your approach and yield to pedestrians.
