Recreation Policies
Below you will find the policies of the Spanish Fork Parks & Recreation Department.
If you or any of your family members will be participating in any Parks & Recreation programs, you must have a current "Lifetime Family Liability Waiver" on file with the Parks & Recreation Office. When signing up for an account on RecOnline, you agree to this waiver.
- Our department uses a LIFETIME family liability waiver. This is tied to your RecOnline account.
- Participants that are 18 years or older should sign up for their own account.
- Account information must be kept current. If information changes (address, phone, email) or you need to add new family members, you must contact the Parks & Recreation Office.
- Fees will not be accepted for anyone that is not covered by a liability waiver.
If you would prefer, you may download a printable copy of the Liability Waiver, and bring it into our office.
Refund Policy

- A processing fee will be deducted from all refunds except for those due to injury that prevents participation.
- A full refund less processing fee will be given before an activity begins.
