Canyon View Park

• Park hours are dawn to dusk.
• Park vehicles only in marked stalls.
• Driving on lawns is prohibited.
• Alcohol, tobacco and electronic cigarettes are prohibited.
• Golfing is prohibited.
• Please use park amenities responsibly and help keep the park clean.

Canyon View Park has three pavilions available by reservation with a rental agreement. Please follow these guidelines to help keep the pavilions clean and welcoming for everyone:

• Use the pavilion only during your reserved time, including setup and cleanup.
• Clean the pavilion and surrounding area after use.
• Place garbage in the provided receptacles. If they are full, take your garbage with you.
• Remove all decorations, food, and personal belongings before your reservation ends.
• Do not drive or park vehicles on lawns or sidewalks.
• Keep tables, benches, and other park equipment in their designated areas.
• Do not damage, mark, or alter the pavilion, tables, or other park property.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited.
• Be considerate of other park visitors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance concerns to the Parks Department.

Pavilions

Enjoy a friendly game on the park’s sand volleyball court. Please help keep the court safe and welcoming:

• Share the court and take turns when others are waiting.
• Keep glass, sharp objects, and litter out of the sand.
• Avoid climbing, hanging, or pulling on the net and posts.
• Keep personal belongings clear of the playing area.
• Leave the court clean and report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to the Parks Department.

The Canyon View Park pond offers a peaceful place to cast a line and enjoy the park. Please follow current Utah fishing regulations, including applicable license requirements and catch limits, along with any posted pond rules.

• Check your surroundings before casting and give other anglers plenty of space.
• Supervise children closely near the water.
• Dispose of fishing line, hooks, bait containers, and other trash properly.
• Respect shoreline vegetation and wildlife.
• Keep paths and pond access points clear for other visitors.

Utah Fishing Regulations

Canyon View Park connects to the Spanish Fork River Trail, offering opportunities to walk, bike, and enjoy the scenery along the river. Shaded lawns and picnic tables provide places to relax along the way.

• Share the trail and keep a comfortable distance from other users.
• Cyclists and other wheeled users should yield to pedestrians and give notice before passing.
• Keep picnic supplies and personal belongings clear of pathways.
• Supervise children near the river and stay back from steep or unstable banks.
• Help protect the park by placing trash in designated receptacles.

Canyon View Park is home to the Festival of Lights each holiday season. The park closes for regular use in October to allow for event setup and remains closed until March 1.

During this closure, visitors may enter for the Festival of Lights during designated event hours. Please follow posted signs and staff directions, and leave displays, electrical cords, and other event equipment undisturbed.
