Long-Term Tie-Downs

Long-term tie-downs are currently at capacity. A waitlist is available for future openings.
Hangars, Tie-Downs, Fuel & Other Services
Spanish Fork Airport offers aircraft parking, hangar access, fuel, maintenance and ground transportation services for pilots and airport users. Some services are provided directly by the Airport, while others are provided by Utah Aviation Services and other local businesses.
Fuel
Fuel services are provided by Utah Aviation Services:
- Self-service 100LL
- Full-service Jet A
Transient Aircraft
Transient tie-down spaces are managed by Utah Aviation Services.

Call ahead to reserve a transient tie-down space.
Spanish Fork Airport has limited hangar availability, and all hangars are privately owned. An online availability map shows hangars that may be available for lease or purchase.
- Green: Available for lease
- Yellow: Available for sale
- Red: Not currently available
Hangar owners who want to list or remove a hangar from the map should contact Airport Management at 801-804-4593 or cdavis@spanishfork.gov
Newly constructed hangars are eligible for the current ground lease agreement, which has a term ending December 31, 2075. Existing hangars retain the expiration date associated with their current ground lease.
When a hangar is sold or transferred:
- The current owner must complete the Hangar Transfer Form.
- A $500 transfer fee is required.
- The Airport Manager prepares the new ground lease in the new owner's name.
- The Public Works Director and hangar owner must sign the agreement.
- The completed agreement is submitted to the Utah County Recorder.

Aircraft maintenance services are available through businesses operating at Spanish Fork Airport.
