Inspection & Testing Types
Public Works Inspections & Testing
Per Policy 4.39.25, all Public Works inspections for development and construction in Spanish Fork City are performed by the Engineering Division. Examples of construction activities requiring inspections include: drinking water infrastructure, pressurized irrigation infrastructure, sanitary sewer pipes and structures, storm drain infrastructure, concrete, asphalt, and subbase, among others.
Performance tests are also required for certain water/PI work (e.g. pressure tests, back-T tests).
To schedule any of these services, click on the "Book Inspections/Testing" button to make an appointment. Note: if you are unsure what you need to schedule, or who your assigned inspector is, call our office at (801) 804-4592.
Similarly, materials testing is required for all construction in the City. This includes concrete, densities, and asphalt.
