Fire records may be requested online for $25 per record.

If you are researching a specific property for previous leaks, spills, hazardous material storage, fire code violations or other fire-related concerns, email ljames@spanishfork.gov with the property address before submitting a formal records request. Staff will let you know whether records exist and whether a request is needed.
